About the Role
We’re looking for motivated, hard-working Landscape Technicians who want to be part of something bigger. This is a hands-on role on both our maintenance and installation crews. You’ll be working outdoors, transforming properties, and learning from experienced pros who care about quality and teamwork.
This role is perfect for someone who loves working with their hands, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to grow in the landscaping trade.
Responsibilities
- Perform garden and bed maintenance: weeding, deadheading, mulching
- Operate small engine equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Mow lawns, edge walkways, and prune shrubs (ground level only)
- Dig, rake, fertilize, and water plants and turf
- Clean up job sites and remove debris
- Install trees, shrubs, and flowers in design-specified patterns
- Lay sod, plant grass seed, and connect irrigation systems
- Build hand-laid rock walls
- Drive company vehicles to and from job sites (if eligible)

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 1 year of landscaping or groundskeeping experience
- Physically fit—must lift up to 50 lbs, walk long distances, and handle outdoor elements
- Positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependable and punctual
- Basic familiarity with landscaping tools and techniques
- No fear of dirt, sweat, or a little rain
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Desire to grow, take on responsibility, and advance within the company
