About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator and craftsman to help bring our hardscape and landscape projects to life. From operating heavy machinery to working shoulder-to-shoulder with the crew, you'll take pride in building outdoor spaces that are beautiful and built to last.

Responsibilities
- Build hardscape installations such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and outdoor kitchens using stone and other materials, as well as landscaping installations such as grading, planting, sodding, and mulching
- Operate and maintain all machinery and equipment safely and effectively, including skid-steers, excavators, compactors, and other hardscape and landscape tools
- Interpret and execute plans and specifications to ensure project accuracy and quality
- Work alongside other crew members, sharing best practices and supporting safe equipment operation
- Communicate clearly and effectively with crew members and management to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate records of hours worked, materials used, and project progress
- Keep equipment and tools in good working condition
- Follow company safety policies and keep a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in landscaping and hardscaping installation
- Proficiency operating landscaping equipment such as skid-steers, excavators, compactors, and other hardscape and landscape tools
- Strong understanding and demonstrated experience in the installation and maintenance of hardscapes and landscapes
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute plans and specifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid CDL A with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Heavy Equipment Operation: 3 years (required)
